The Carpenter House is an 1898 Queen Anne Victorian home accommodating up to 100 guests indoors. The house with its wrap-around porch sits on almost one acre, including towering trees, antique roses, and a paver stone walkway and fountain area.

Providing the exclusive use of the house and grounds for client presentations and private business meetings away from office distractions, The Carpenter House offers the flexibility of both table seating and theater style seating, separate rooms for break-out sessions, a crackling fire in the winter and lemonade on the front porch in the summer. Corporate functions are welcome year round and affordably elegant holiday parties featuring the ambiance of a bygone century are a specialty of the house.
